       The Committee on Judiciary (Berman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5         736.10081 Nonjudicial settlement and discharge of a
    6  trustee; disclosure; objections.—
    7         (1) A trustee who is in substantial compliance with the
    8  duty to inform and account under s. 736.0813 may obtain a
    9  settlement of his or her accounts and be discharged pursuant to
   10  this section when either of the following occurs 6 months
