       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 561
    4  and insert:
    5  supervisor of elections who must notify the registered voter.
    6  The procedures in this paragraph which require documentary
    7  evidence of United States citizenship do not apply to a voter
    8  who has been continuously registered to vote in this state for
    9  at least four general elections and who is 80 years of age or
   10  older at the time his or her continuous registration is
   11  verified.
