Public Defenders Revenue Trust Fund.
—(1)
The Public Defenders Revenue Trust Fund is created within the Justice Administrative Commission. Moneys credited to the trust fund shall be used for the purpose of funding the activities of the public defenders.
(2)
In accordance with s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State Constitution, the Public Defenders Revenue Trust Fund shall, unless terminated sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2012. Before its scheduled termination, the trust fund shall be reviewed as provided in s. 215.3206(1) and (2).
