Application of part; exemptions.
Application of part; exemptions.

Application of part; exemptions.
—This part applies to all clinical laboratories within this state, except:
(1)
A clinical laboratory operated by the United States Government.
(2)
A clinical laboratory that performs only waived tests.
(3)
A clinical laboratory operated and maintained exclusively for research and teaching purposes that do not involve patient or public health service.
