Release of Employee Information; expands provisions re employer immunity from liability & disclosure of info. re former employees to include immunity from liability for current employers & disclosure of info. re current employees; provides specified requirements of employers re background investigation of applicant for employment or appointment as full-time, part-time, or auxiliary law enforcement officer, correctional officer, or correctional probation officer, etc. Amends 768.095.
