Racial & Ethnic Health Outcomes; creates "Reducing Racial & Ethnic Health Disparities: Closing the Gap Act"; provides legislative findings & intent; provides for creation of Reducing Racial & Ethnic Health Disparities: Closing the Gap grant program, to be administered by Health Dept.; provides dept. duties & responsibilities; authorizes appt. of advisory committee; provides project requirements, application process, & review criteria, etc. Creates 381.7351-.7356. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
