SB 2366: Medical Negligence

GENERAL BILL by Latvala

Medical Negligence; requires that Board of Medicine issue expert-witness certificate to certain physicians for purposes of providing expert medical testimony in connection with pending litigation; authorizes plaintiff to make offer of judgment in civil action for medical negligence or wrongful death resulting from medical negligence; provides for appointing members to medical review panel, etc. Creates 458.355, 766.115,.116; amends 766.102,.202, 768.13,.76,.78.
