Beverage Law; amends provision re transfer of certain licenses to sell alcoholic beverages; provides exception to waiver of certain transfer fees when transfer is within specified period; revises provisions for limited permits issued by Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. for wine tastings & sales at ascertain events; revises provisions limiting vehicles used in making deliveries of alcoholic beverages, etc. Amends 561.32,.221,.57, 599.004.
