Alternative High School Courses & Programs; Establishes a pilot project for awarding high school credit to students enrolled in industry certification programs. Requires that a school district submit a letter of interest by a specified date in order to participate in the pilot project. Encourages school districts to enter into partnerships with local businesses for certain purposes. Authorizes the Palm Beach County School District to recognize its business partners, etc.
