Elevator Safety; Revises & reorganizes Elevator Safety Act; requires that DBPR perform certain functions for conveyance inspections & certifying & licensing of elevator professionals & companies; requires that Division of Hotels & Restaurants be given reasonable access to conveyances; authorizes division to grant requests for variances for undue hardship; revises provisions for conveyance permits, etc.
