GENERAL BILL by King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker

Jacksonville Transportation Authority [CPSC]; Revises a requirement for membership on the governing body of the authority to provide that an appointed member must be a resident and elector of Duval County. Revises scope of the authority to include certain services throughout Duval County. Requires a public hearing prior to designation or relocation of transportation facilities or substantive changes thereto. Provides approval for bond financing by the authority, etc.
