SB 540: Health Care Representatives/Surrogates [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Health Care Representatives/Surrogates [SPSC]; Revises the date for confirming the validity of advanced directives validly made under prior law. Provides for expedited judicial intervention upon belief that a health care representative has not kept the principal reasonably informed of matters that he or she has performed on behalf of the principal under specified provisions. Creates the "Florida Health Care Representative Act," etc.
