Educational Dollars for Duty Program [GPSC]; Revises provisions relating to Educational Dollars for Duty educational assistance program; revises duties of Adjutant General with respect to program; removes duties of BOG & SBE with respect to program; provides for education assistance for members of Florida National Guard who enroll in authorized course of study at specified public or nonpublic institution of higher learning, etc.
