International Development Relief/Haiti; Requires OTTED to contract with state's international volunteer corps to provide certain relief activities for people of Haiti; requires that such activities focus on certain rural Haitian communities; requires that such activities be conducted by volunteers with certain qualifications; directs international volunteer corps to raise public & private funding to support relief activities, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000.
