Actions Against Public Officers/Employees/Agents [SPSC]; Authorizes counties, municipalities, political subdivisions, and agencies of the state which have been excluded from participation in the Insurance Risk Management Trust Fund to require their officers, employees, and agents to make payments of certain judgments under certain circumstances, etc.
