SB 916: Official Florida Statutes
GENERAL BILL by Thrasher
Official Florida Statutes; Adopts the Florida Statutes 2011 and designates the portions thereof that are to constitute the official law of the state. Provides that the Florida Statutes 2011 shall be effective immediately upon publication. Provides that general laws enacted during the 2010 regular session and prior thereto and not included in the Florida Statutes 2011 are repealed. Provides that general laws enacted during the November 16, 2010, special session and the 2011 regular session are not repealed by this adoption act.
