Foreclosure Proceedings; Designates act "Florida Fair Foreclosure Act"; provides requirements for publication of notice of foreclosure sale; revises requirements for notice of sale; provides requirements for Internet notices; entitles mortgagors, county clerks, & circuit courts to rely on full or partial release, discharge, consent, joinder, subordination, satisfaction, or assignment of mortgage in certain circumstances; provides for estoppel certificate for mortgagor, upon request, etc.
