Surplus Lines Insurance; Requires surplus lines agent to file quarterly affidavit stating all surplus lines insurance transacted during preceding quarter has been submitted to Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO); requires premium tax due on surplus lines policy to be computed on gross premium; provides limit on tax; revises payment dates for service fee; requires service fee to be computed on gross premium; authorizes DFS & OIR to enter into agreement with other states for collection & allocation of nonadmitted insurance taxes, etc.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law
