Veterans and Servicemembers; Designates act "T. Patt Maney Military Veterans and Servicemembers Court Act"; authorizes chief judge of each judicial circuit to establish Military Veterans and Servicemembers Court Program for specified veterans & servicemembers; provides criteria for entry into program; authorizes judge to impose condition of supervision upon specified probationers & community controllees requiring such person to participate in treatment program; requires court to give preference to certain treatment programs; provides that DOC is not required to spend state funds to implement these provisions.
