Search and Seizure of a Portable Electronic Device; Providing that information contained in a portable electronic device is not subject to a search by a law enforcement officer incident to an arrest except pursuant to a warrant issued by a duly authorized judicial officer using procedures established by law; providing a remedy; providing that a court order may not be issued for the location of an electronic device for a period of time longer than is necessary to achieve the objective of the court order authorization; providing exceptions to the requirement to obtain a court order for location information, etc.
