GENERAL BILL by Slosberg

Anatomical Gifts; Authorizes person to make anatomical gift of all or part of his or her body by registering with First Person Consent organ & tissue donor registry during application for driver license, driver license renewal, or ID card; requires DHSMV to develop & issue brochure explaining such registry; requires DHSMV to establish registry & maintain physical or electronic record of such registry; authorizes individual to revise or withdraw consent to be listed in such registry; authorizes DHSMV to establish additional methods by which person may have his or her name included in such registry; authorizes specified representatives to ask DHSMV whether potential organ donor's name is included in such registry.
