SB 1296: Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program

GENERAL BILL by Torres

Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Citing this act as the “Restore Our Bright Futures Act"; removing a condition under which a student is authorized to use a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program award for summer term enrollment if funds are available; requiring that the Legislature appropriate additional funds necessary for use of an award for summer term enrollment as provided in the General Appropriations Act, etc.
