Information Technology; Revises powers, duties, & functions of AST in collaboration with DMS; authorizes state data center within AST to extend certain service-level agreements; directs DHSMV, in collaboration with AST, to implement standards for issuing optional digital proof of driver license & procure interfaces necessary for authorized private entities to manufacture such digital proof; provides for revenue sharing; requires that digital proof be in format that allows law enforcement to verify authenticity; provides for assumption of liability.
