GENERAL BILL by Harrell
Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program; Requiring a parent of a student enrolled in the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program to submit his or her student for a specified screening; requiring the Office of Early Learning to make available professional development and training courses that meet certain criteria; requiring each private prekindergarten provider and public school participating in the program to participate in a program assessment, etc.
