Public Records/Agency for Health Care Administration Personnel; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for the personal identifying and location information of certain current or former personnel of the Agency for Health Care Administration and their spouses and children; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; abrogating the scheduled repeal of exemptions for certain personal identifying and location information of specified agency personnel, and the spouses and children thereof; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
