Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Health Coverage; Designating the “Nonprofit Agricultural Organization Health Coverage Act of 2024”; defining the term “nonprofit agricultural organization”; authorizing nonprofit agricultural organizations to provide health coverage to their members; specifying that such health coverage is not insurance for purposes of the Florida Insurance Code, etc.
