Motor Vehicle Retail Financial Agreements; Revising the definition of the term “guaranteed asset protection product”; requiring entities to refund the portions of the purchase price of the contract for a guaranteed asset protection product under certain circumstances; creating the "Florida Vehicle Value Protection Agreements Act"; authorizing the offer, sale, or gift of vehicle value protection agreements in compliance with a certain act, etc.
