The Subcommittee on General Government Appropriations prepares the budget for the following state agencies: Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Department of Citrus; Department of Environmental Protection; Department of Financial Services (including the Office of Financial Regulation and the Office of Insurance Regulation), Department of Lottery; Department of Management Services (including the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, the Public Employees Relations Commission, and the Southwood Shared Resource Center); Department of Revenue; Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; and the Public Service Commission.
