GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Webster ; Lee

Juvenile Offenders; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1192,180) amends provision re third degree felony penalty for battery on juvenile probation officer; provides for physically secure settings for children in need of services; requires Juvenile Justice Dept. to verify to court that bed is available; extends court jurisdiction over certain children for certain purposes, etc. Amends Chs. 984, 985, 784.075.
