GENERAL BILL by Lee

School Construction; prohibits imposition & collection of impact fees for schools when local option sales surtax for funding school construction is in effect; corrects crossreference; authorizes school districts to levy sales surtax in lieu of certain ad valorem taxes for school capital outlay under certain conditions; conforms to change made by this act. Amends 125.01, 212.054,.055, 235.056,.199,.435, 236.25.
