CS/SB 60: Intangible Personal Property Taxes

GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Lee ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cowin ; Saunders

Intangible Personal Property Taxes; reduces rate of such tax; reduces rates of tax on securities in Florida Futures Investment Fund to conform; exempts accounts receivable from tax as of specified date; deletes exemption from tax to conform; amends definition of term "beneficial interest"; relieves trustees of specified obligations; provides additional assurance to holders of bonds secured by shared funds, etc. Amends Ch. 199, 218.25.
