CS/SB 784: Community Contribution Tax Credits
GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Crist
Community Contribution Tax Credits; increases maximum tax credits for community contribution tax credit program; provides separate annual limitations for tax credits against sales & use tax for donations made to eligible sponsors for projects that provides homeownership opportunities for certain households & for donations made to eligible sponsors for all other projects, etc. Amends 212.08, 220.183, 624.5105.
