GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Infectious Disease Testing/Juvenile Centers [SPSC]; Requires each juvenile assessment center or juvenile detention facility to have a written procedure regarding the testing of juveniles for infectious diseases. Requires the DJJ to designate certain counties, if approved by the county's governing body, to participate in a program to test each juvenile for HIV who is referred to or who is under the supervision of the department, etc.
