CS/SB 1926: Health Care Provider/Inactive Licenses [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Lawson

Health Care Provider/Inactive Licenses [SPSC]; Extends the period that a certificate of need is valid. Allows a health care provider to extend the inactive period beyond 12 months and renew the inactive designation under certain circumstances. Requires commencement of construction or proof of certain enforceable capital expenditures if the request is for a second renewal.
