GENERAL BILL by Gelber
Pari-mutuel Wagering [CPSC]; Deletes provisions for applying to the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering for a permit to conduct quarter horse race meetings. Deletes provisions for granting a license to conduct quarter horse racing. Deletes a provision for governance and control of quarter horse racing. Deletes a requirement for intertrack wagering to be conducted by a quarter horse permitholder. Provides for retroactive application, etc.
