Public Records/Public Meetings/Military Bases [GPSC]; Creates an exemption from public records requirements for specified records relating to military bases which are held by the Florida Council on Military Base and Mission Support. Creates an exemption from public meetings requirements for council meetings at which exempt information is presented or discussed. Provides for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption, etc.
