Civil Remedies Against Insurers [CPSC]; Authorizes a person to bring a civil action against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation when such person is damaged by the commission of specified acts or specified violations of state law. Prohibits the assessment of punitive damages against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.
