GENERAL BILL by Jones

Department of Juvenile Justice/Reports/Functions [SPSC]; Deletes a provision that requires the DJJ to develop an annual report on the performance of assessment and treatment services for serious or habitual juvenile offenders for delivery to the Governor and other designated persons by a specified date. Repeals a specified provision relating to the requirement that the DJJ and the DOE develop and implement an evaluation of the literacy programs for juvenile offenders, etc.
