Campaign Contributions [GPSC]; Prohibits legislators, statewide officeholders, and certain candidates from soliciting or accepting contributions to or on behalf of a political committee, committee of continuous existence, electioneering communications organization, or an organization operating under specified provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Prohibits such individuals from controlling, coordinating, or consulting with such a committee or organization, etc.
