Foreign Law/Application [CPSC]; Specifies the public policy of this state in granting comity to a decision rendered under any foreign law, legal code, or system. Provides for the construction of a waiver by a natural person of the person's constitutional rights. Specifies the public policy of this state for interpreting a contract, arbitration agreement, or other agreement providing a choice of venue or forum outside any state or territory of the United States, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
