Pest Control; Provides rule changes that allow operators to provide certain emergency notice to DOACS by facsimile or electronic means; increases minimum bodily injury & property damage insurance coverage required for pest control businesses; provides for licensure by DOACS of pest control customer contact centers; provides application requirements; provides for fees, licensure renewal, penalties, & licensure expiration; provides for certification of commercial wildlife trappers, etc.
