Required Instruction in the Public Schools; Requires each district school board to provide & each high school student to complete specified coursework in human sexuality; requires coursework to be developed by DOE with input from teachers, school administrators, students, parents, & medical professionals; requires availability of resource packets containing course content; authorizes exemption from instruction.
