GENERAL BILL by Rooney
High School Athletic Trainers; Provides for adoption of rules by Board of Athletic Training within DOH; requires certain continuing education for licensed athletic trainers on prevention & emergency management of concussions & catastrophic spinal cord, neck, & brain injuries; requires school districts to employ at least one full-time certified athletic trainer at each high school in this state; requires athletic trainers at high schools to be certified by National Athletic Trainers' Association, etc.
