Production and Shipment of Wine; Authorizes direct shipment of wine into & within this state for personal consumption only; provides legislative intent; requires licensure of winery shippers by Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco; provides license requirements; requires recipients of direct shipment of wine to be at least 21 years of age; requires proof of age of recipient; provides for payment of taxes, monthly report, & recordkeeping by winery shippers; provides requirements for common carriers that make deliveries of wine, etc.
