GENERAL BILL by Storms

Motor Fuel Marketing Practices Act; Repeals provisions relating to definitions to conform. Repeals provisions relating to unlawful predatory practices and exceptions thereto. Deletes provisions prohibiting certain predatory practices. Amends provisions relating to unlawful discriminatory practices and exceptions. Repeals provisions relating to exempt sales made by a refiner, etc.
