Auditory-Oral Education Programs; Cites act as "Auditory-Oral Education Act"; provides that parent of child who is deaf or hard of hearing may enroll child in auditory-oral education program at school that meets specified requirements as part of public school choice options; requires that level of services be determined by IEP plan team or individualized family support plan team; revises provisions relating to funding model for exceptional student education programs to require DOE to revise descriptions of services & supports used to determine exceptional student education cost factors.
