Licensure/Monitoring/Mental Health/Substance Abuse; Requires DCFS, DOH, APD, AHCA, community-based care lead agencies, managing entities, & contracted monitoring agents to adopt policies for administrative, licensure, & programmatic monitoring of mental health & substance abuse service providers; limits frequency of administrative, licensure, & programmatic monitoring of mental health & substance abuse service providers under certain conditions; exempts federal certification & precertification reviews from certain monitoring requirements; provides for documentation to be posted on data warehouse.
