Juvenile Justice; Requires additional risk assessment points for child on specified status charged with new offense; provides that child may continue to be detained if he or she violates conditions of home detention; provides that child may be detained for failure to appear at any hearing, not just adjudicatory hearings; revises periods that child may be detained for failure to appear at hearing; provides additional detention for child who fails to appear & has previously failed to appear at two or more hearings, etc.
