Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; Transfers & reassigns functions & responsibilities of Division of Law Enforcement, excluding Bureau of Emergency Response, within DEP to Division of Law Enforcement within FWCC; transfers & reassigns functions & responsibilities of specific positions within DACS to Division of Law Enforcement within FWCC; provides for transition advisory working groups; provides authority for enforcement of certain laws & rules of DEP & DACS to FWCC; confers full power to law enforcement officers of FWCC to enforce certain rules; authorizes retention & transfer of benefits for certain employees.
