Restoration of Lake Apopka; Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection, the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Zellwood Drainage and Water Control District, the Lake County Water Authority, the Harris Chain of Lakes Restoration Council, and local governmental entities located within the jurisdictional boundaries of the districts to collaborate in order to create a report for the Legislature and Governor, etc.
